Yes, we have limited private parking available. Spaces must be reserved in advance and cost £5 per night. Each space has a parking barrier, and you'll get the key on check-in.

We certainly do. Our freshly cooked Full English includes eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, hash browns, mushrooms, and toast. We also offer a continental breakfast with cereals and other options.

Yes, all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Our superior rooms also come with coffee machines and a small fridge.

Unfortunately not — the property was originally built as two domestic houses, so we don't have a lift. We do have ground-floor rooms available, and there are six steps to the front door.

We love dogs, but unfortunately we don't accept pets at Beamsley Lodge.

We're about a 15–20 minute walk into the town centre, where you'll find a great mix of shops and restaurants. Buses run every 30 minutes from outside the lodge.

Yes — many of our rooms have wonderful sea views overlooking Eastbourne's seafront. Be sure to request one when booking.
